According to Radar Online, part of TomKat's divorce settlement involved creating Suri's trust fund, and it's no small sum. Katie apparently wanted to ensure that an account was set up that Suri could start accessing when she's 18, so she'll have financial security as she becomes an adult… But it won't be fully available to her till she's in her 30's. The actress will also reportedly never have any access to it… And didn't want any. So although her daughter wound up with the funds, Katie still gets to keep millions of dollars in handbags, jewelry and other gifts acquired through the years.
