He is the first child for both Polizzi, 24, and her fiancée, Jionni LaValle, 25. "The world just got another Guido!!! Lorenzo Dominic LaValle has entered the world weighing 6 pounds, 5 ounces. Nicole, Jionni & Enzo are doing great," her rep told the site. Polizzi also took to Twitter early Sunday to gush about the new man in her life, writing, "I am SO IN LOVE with my son Lorenzo Dominic !
